THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37019 of 2016 ORDER:

By order dated 01.11.2016 this Court while ordering notice before admission, directed the 3rd respondent not to act upon the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 25.10.2016 on condition of petitioners depositing an amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs on or before 16.11.2016. Today, after hearing the counsel on either side and with their consent, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: 'The petitioners are directed to a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only) on or before 20th December, 2016. After such payment of amount, the petitioners are at liberty to make a representation to the 2nd respondent for rollover of the bank guarantee and on such representation, it is left open to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate decision.

It is made clear that if the petitioners fail to deposit the amount within the stipulated time as directed above, the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 25.10.2016 will come into operation. The petitioners are further directed to keep the bank guarantee intact and even in case, if it is going to expire, the petitioners shall make the same good within a period of one month."

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 30.11.2016.
