This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the orders dated 24.01.2012 in I.A.No.105 of 2012 in O.S.No.64 of 2011 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Avanigadda.

As per office note, O.S.No.64 of 2011 itself was disposed of on 19.08.2016. Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by both the counsel, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
