Sri Prasad Rao, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, submits that every attempt is being made to sort out the dispute out of the Court. Hence, at the moment, he does not want to press this application.

The arbitration application is accordingly dismissed. However, liberty is given to the applicant to file a fresh application, if the matter is not settled amicably.
