HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29242 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that her mother executed a registered settlement deed in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.28 cents in Survey No.7/1, Thandlam Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District in her favour on 20.06.2007 and put the petitioner in possession of the aforesaid land and thus the petitioner acquired absolute right, title over the subject land and has been in exclusive possession and enjoyment of the said land. The petitioner made an application to the 4th respondent on 04.07.2016 through A.P.On-line for mutation of her name in revenue records and for issuance of e-pass book, but till today the 4th respondent has not taken any action on the same. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the petitioner's application dated 04.07.2016 for mutation of her name and for issuance of e-pass books is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the said application in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. No

order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 30.08.2016 Note: Issue C.C in three days.
