HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3649 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the notice dated 31.01.2017 issued by the 4th respondent to seize the bore well of the petitioner in Survey No.74/A-1 to an extent of Ac.2.30 cents, situated at Koppolu Village, Kethepally Mandal, Nalgonda District.

After filing of this writ petition the 4th respondent passed fresh orders on 01.02.2017 rejecting the request of the petitioner and the same is challenged by the petitioner by filing another writ petition. As such, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
