Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Since the status report placed by the office shows that the parties in the suit in O.S.No.189 of 2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Markapur, Prakasam District, entered into compromise before the Lok Adalat held by the Senior Civil Judge, Markapur, on 09.09.2017 and an award was also passed therein, the present revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
