1 This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C to transfer C.C.No.863 of 2013 pending on the file of the Court of V Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal to any competent Court at Hyderabad.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 04.11.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been in the Court today. Permission is accorded.
