THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 2402 of 2016 ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioners complain that in spite of their representation dated 16.11.2016, the third respondent is not taking up their request for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land in Survey No.35/Part at Guttala Begumpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

3. Apparently, petitioners have made a representation on 16.11.2016 before the third respondent in the prescribed proforma under Form 6A in accordance with the Rules framed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.

4. In view of that, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners, as above, and pass appropriate orders within 45 days of receipt of such application in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
