HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL Criminal Petition Nos.2153 and 2293 of 2010 COMMON ORDER:

These two Criminal Petitions are filed by the petitioners/A-1 and A-2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings in Crime No.392 of 2009 on the file of Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 120-B of IPC. A private complaint was filed under Section 200 Cr.P.C. by the de facto complainant, who is 2nd respondent herein, before the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, Ranga Reddy District for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 read with Section 120-B IPC against the petitioners/A-1 and A-2. Basing on the said private complaint, the learned Magistrate referred the same under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. to the concerned Police Station i.e. Dundigal Police Station for investigation into the matter and submit report as per law.

On receipt of the said complaint, the investigating agency, after conducting investigation into the offences, has submitted its final report on 26-05-2012 stating that the dispute in the said crime is civil in nature and the same is closed as being civil in nature. In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in these criminal petitions and the same are liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are dismissed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. __________________ M.S.K.
