Sri Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, learned counsel for the petitioner, after having perused the counter affidavit which states that Venumbaka Chengaiah has been arrested on 17-08-2015 in connection with Crime No. 134 of 2015 of Railway Kodur Police Station, Kadapa, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance.
