Thereafter, the matter was listed on 30.11.2016. It was adjourned at the request of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing i.e. 08.12.2016, appeared none on behalf of the petitioner and the position remained same on the next date of hearing i.e. 28.12.2016.

Today, Mr.P.Ratna Jai Kiran, Advocate seeks adjournment on the ground that the petitioner's Counsel on record is not available. 3.

It seems the petitioner is no more interested in prosecuting the present petition. It is pertinent to mention here that till date even notice has not been issued in the present petition. 4.
