THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5198 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.252 of 2015 of Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioners are that in an altercation that took place between the 1st petitioner and the de facto complainant, the de facto complainant pushed him and he fell down and sustained head injury and then he called the petitioners 2 and 3 over phone, who came there and attacked the de facto complainant with knife and caused injuries to the vital parts of the de facto complainant.

Since the allegations levelled against the petitioners are so serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
