THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.974 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 23.01.2013, passed in Interlocutory Application No.1852 of 2012 in Original Suit No.1785 of 2004 by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge at Warangal, whereunder the petition filed under Section 65 of the Indian Evidence Act, to permit the petitioners/defendants to lead secondary evidence in respect of the award, dated 05.02.1987, was allowed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has become infructuous and thereby, nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in this revision.
