THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27499 of 2012 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not withdrawing the 'Look Out Notice' issued in the name of her husband in relation to Crime No.128 of 2012 on the file of Central Crime Station, Lakdi-ka-Pool, Hyderabad.

Relying on the written instructions dated 07.07.2015 received from the Deputy Superintendent of Police, GOW, CID, Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that pursuant to the interim order dated 03.09.2012 passed by this Court in the present writ petition, letter dated 04.09.2012 had been addressed to the Joint Director, Immigration Branch (IC), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, RK Puram, New Delhi, requesting withdrawal of the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner's husband. A copy of the said letter is also placed on record. In the light of the aforestated development, it is clear that the petitioner's grievance stands redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
