O R D E R

Based on the complaint of the petitioner case in Cr.No.38 of 2018 was registered against unofficial respondents on the file of Police Station Ananthapalli, West Godavari District. Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Ananthapalli Police Station, West Godavari District, in conducting investigation in the said crime, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 2nd respondent dated 19.09.2018, stating that during the course of investigation in the above said crime, eleven witnesses were examined and their statements were recorded and bank account details of the petitioner / complainant were obtained and the investigation is in the last stage and that after completion of investigation, report will be filed within a period of two months. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to complete investigation as expeditiously as possible and file report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. before the court concerned, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
