No. 227 of 2021, dated 07 -03-2022 IA NO: I OF 20222 Petition under Section 151 of CPC, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in O.S. No-227 of 2021 on the file of the Court of VII Additional Junior Civil Juclge - Cum - Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, pending disposal of CRP. No. 862 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.V.Bhanu Prasad, Advocate for the Petitioners, the Court made the following ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the respondents on record submitted that he has already given NOC to the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners subrnitted that even after adjourning the matter on earlier several occasions, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents. He further submitted that the respondents are dragging the case in one pretext or other. Hence, he prayed the Court to grant interim stay of proceedings in O.S.No.227 of 2021.
List on 07.01.2025.
There shall be interim stay of all proceedings in O.S.No.227 of 2021, on the file of VII Additional Junior Civil Judge - cum - Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, till07.01.2025.
