..RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or orders or Direction mainly in the nature of Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction, by declaring the inaction of the respondents rn not appointing the regular teachers or on contract basis, but adjusting with Postgraduate and Ph.D. Students (Research Fellows) for conducting classes is illegal, contrary to the regulations of University Grants Commission and consequently direct the respondents to allot Teaching Periods to fully qualified persons including the petitioner.
