The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not rectifying the wrong entries made in the pahanies for the years 1994-95 onwards inspite of the representations dated 14-03-2018, 25-06-2018 and 09-07-2018 made by him to the extent of land admeasuring Ac.1-02 guntas in Sy.No.789 situated at Dundigal Village, Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that for rectification of entries in revenue records, the petitioner has alternative remedy of revision under Section 166-B of A.P. (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli ("the Act").

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will avail the said remedy.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of revision under Section 166-B of the Act within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
