W.P.Nos.39515 & 327/2016 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition challenging the e-auction notice under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. 2.

By an Interim order passed on 22.11.2016, we permitted the auction to go on but the confirmation shall wait further orders. 3.

Today it is reported by the learned counsel for the respondent-bank that the e-auction failed since there were no competitors. Therefore, nothing more survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence it is closed. As and when fresh steps are taken, it is always open to the petitioner to raise all objections before the appropriate forum. 4.
