THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.13543 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner states that he is an unemployee and devotee of Dargah Hazrat Syed Saadullah Hyussaini situated at Bada Pahad, Jalalpur Gram Panchayat, Varni Mandal, Nizamabad district. He has a big family and unable to eak out his livelihood with the meagre income of his father. He is interested in selling flowers adjacent to Durgah premises and submitted a representation on 11.1.2017 to the respondent. When there was no response to the said representation, he filed the present Writ Petition.

Since the petitioner submitted a representation seeking permission for selling flowers within the Durgah premises and it is stated that the said Durgah is under the control of the respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without giving any right to the petitioner, by directing the respondent to consider the said representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law including Wakf Lease Rules, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
