This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant No.2, challenging the order, dated 16.07.2018, passed in Transfer O.P.No.184 of 2018, by the Principal District Judge, Warangal, whereby, the petition filed by the petitioner/ defendant No.2 and defendant No.1 (Ch.Sarojana) under Section 24 of CPC seeking transfer of O.S.No.730 of 2003 from the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, to any other Court of Junior Civil Judge at Warangal, was dismissed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ defendant No.2 and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ defendant No.2 would submit that the subject Original Suit is of the year 2003. The Presiding Officer of the Court below, who was dealing with the matter had been transferred and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4 .

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Since the subject Original Suit is of the year 2003, the Court below is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of three (03) months from today.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
