Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet has already been filed in the crime. In view of the same, the subjectmatter of the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if they are so advised.
