This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 27.10.2015 passed in I.A.No.2643 of 2015 in HMOP No.54 of 2015 on the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Vizianagaram. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2015 on 23.12.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the purpose of filing of the revision petition became infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
