Satya Prasad, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri Prakash Buddarapu, learned counsel for the petitioners in this contempt case, states that the subsequent proceedings bearing No.P1/recvoery/NIA/Hyd/2015-16/583, dated 09.08.2016 have been issued by the Superintendent of Police, National Investigation Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and in terms thereof, the order, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has been duly complied with.

In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
