The petitioner complains against inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in disposing of representations dated 04.07.2016 and 02.08.2016 filed by petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Learned Government Pleader (Forests), on instructions, submits that the 3rd respondent will furnish information available with him and communicate to petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
