HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1866 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the order, dated 05-12-2012 passed in O.S.No.82 of 2008 by the Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy, declining to mark the document i.e., promissory note, dated 26-08-2003. It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.82 of 2008 was disposed of by the Senior Civil Judge, Wanaparthy, on 14-08-2014. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
