HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2318 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation dated 19.12.2016 to the 2nd respondent for protection of "Nara Koduru Cheruvu" situated in Sy.No.51/2 of Nara Koduru Village, Chebrole Mandal, Guntur District and for taking steps for removal of the illegal constructions being put up over the tank bed and for restoring the tank to its original condition. But the same is not being disposed of so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, since the representation filed by the petitioner on 19.12.2016 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
