"the petitioners/Accused No.1 to 3 shall report before the Station House officer, Nelakondapally Police Station, Khammam District, on every Monday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the final report" imposed on them by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2022 passed in Crl.P.
No.11090 of 2022.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were attending Nelakondapally Police Station, Khammam District without fail till date. However, petitioner No.3 was admitted in Andhra Hospitals (Vijayawada) Pvt. Ltd., on 06.03.2023 on the complaint of suffering chest pain and that he had been diagnosed as CAD, Unstable Angina, Double Vessel disease and a certificate issued in the said regard was filed. He further
submitted that the entire investigation was completed except filing of charge sheet by the police and prayed to relax the condition No.(x) imposed against the petitioners.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners were complying with the said condition without fail for the past three months.
Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, it is considered fit to relax the condition No.(x) imposed against the petitioners. Accordingly, the application is allowed relaxing condition No.(x) i.e.
"the petitioners/Accused No.1 to 3 shall report before the Station House officer, Nelakondapally Police Station, Khammam District, on every Monday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the final report" imposed on the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2022 in Crl.P. No.11090 of 2022.
