Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The counsel submit that the prayer in the writ petition is covered by common order passed by this Court in WP.No.24536 of 2009 and batch dated 15.12.2015.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
