THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.153 of 2017 ORDER:

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 31.03.2017 the second respondent is present and he produced before this Court a letter dated 28.04.2017 submitting Demand Draft dated 28.04.2017 for an amount of Rs.46,246/- towards the difference in wages and compensation under the Minimum Wages Act after deducting Rs.70,000/- which was already deposited with the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Ranga Reddy District. Since the main Writ Petition is pending and in view of the deposit of the amount, no further proceedings are required in the present Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
