The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the Memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI T. PRADYUMNA KUMAR REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of the Public Prosecutor (AP), for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER

The petitioner-accused is directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned within ten days from today and on such surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. Further, the petitioner is directed to report before the S.H.O., concerned every day between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. till filing of charge sheet and to cooperate with the investigation.
