In view of the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby direct the IV Additional District Judge, Guntur, to dispose of I.A.No.662 of 2017 in A.S.No.86 of 2015, within a period of two (02) weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both parties. Accordingly, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
