THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26167 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development (Telangana).

The material available before this Court discloses that the petitioner herein, for redressal of his grievance, submitted a representation dated 21.03.2017 to the Commissioner, second respondent-Nellore Municipal Corporation and, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no action has been taken so far against the illegal constructions said to have been made by the unofficial respondents.

Since the representation dated 21.03.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, is pending consideration before the second respondent, it is appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Commissioner, Nellore Municipal Corporation-second respondent to take appropriate action on the representation dated 21.03.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stake-holders.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
