HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2178 of 2022 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed seeking the following relief: " ...to punish the Respondent 1 under section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act for his deliberate and willful disobedience and utter violation of the orders passed by this Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.9872 of 2021 dated 21.03.2022, and pass..." This Court on 21.03.2022 has disposed of the writ petition, recording the written instructions that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes and the petitioner is only called to the Police Station for inquiry into the other crimes registered against him and also directed the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the parties. 3.

When this contempt case came up before this Court earlier, this Court specifically asked the learned Counsel for the petitioner that what is the violation of the orders of this Court, then the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that Mr. Suresh, Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police of Kamalapur Police Station, is calling the petitioner to the Police Station and harassing him and in this regard, he has also filed the call log screenshot to show that the calls are received from the said officer. Then This Court has directed Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home to file an affidavit in this regard. Then an additional counter affidavit has been filed wherein it is stated that the petitioner filed the

I.A.No.3 of 2023 with a call log screenshot of Mr. Suresh i.e., Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Kamalapur Police Station, alleging that the said Suresh called the petitioner. It is stated that the said Suresh is not working as Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police in Kamalapur Police Station which was denied by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that right now he is still coming to the police station and threatening the petitioner which is the violation of the orders passed by the Court. In the said additional counter affidavit, the respondents have also filed the order issued by the office of the Commissioner of Police, Warangal dated 04.01.2021 wherein Mr. Suresh who stands at S.No.4 of the said proceedings was transferred to Hasanparthy Police Station. It is stated that from that day he is working in the said police station. 4.

The contention of the petitioner that the said Suresh who has called him is still working in Kamalapur police station, this Court is not able to appreciate the said contention because as per the orders of the office of the Commissioner of Police, Warangal dated 04.01.2021, he was transferred to Hasanparthy Police Station. If the petitioner has any claims or the said person is harassing the petitioner, petitioner's remedy is elsewhere

and it will not amount to violation of the orders passed by this Court. This Court finds no reason to entertain this Contempt Case.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
