This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in giving stone marking for laying the road in the property belonging to the petitioner i.e., land admeasuring Ac.1.15 guntas in Sy.No.863/EE and land admeasuring Ac.1-07 guntas in Sy.No.864/EE of Korremula Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, R.R.District without issuing acquisition notification, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, restrain the respondent Nos.3 and 4 from interfering into the peaceful possession and enjoyment into the lands to an extent of the agriculture land admeasuring Ac.1.15 guntas in Sy.No.863/EE and land admeasuring Ac.1.07 guntas in Sy.No.864/EE of Korremula Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, R.R.District belonging to the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions, dated 24-06-2016 stating that Tahsildar, Ghatkesar Mandal is not interfering with the possession of the petitioner in the land admeasuring Ac.1.15 guntas in

Sy.No.863/EE and land admeasuring Ac.1-07 guntas in Sy.No.864/EE of Korremula Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, R.R.District.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
