HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.5151 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner has come up with the above revision challenging the order of the trial Court refusing to reopen the case for further evidence.

2. However, it is submitted by Mr. V.V.L.N. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner, that by the time the revision has come up for hearing, the main suit itself has been disposed of.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has virtually become infructuous. Hence, it is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate all the points and file appropriate applications before the First Appellate Court.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
