Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent and perused the impugned order of the lower Court passed on 16.03.2017 in I.A. No.163 of 2017 in O.S. No.73 of 2012 by the Senior Civil Judge at Nalgonda in dismissing the application of the petitioner/ defendant directing the respondent/ plaintiff to produce the passport before the Court.

2) The respondent/ plaintiff filed counter opposing the petition before the Court below stating that he possessed only passport of UK and the particulars already furnished and DW.1 also cross examined.

3) The finding of the trial Court is that as the respondent/ plaintiff already became citizen of UK, he no more holds Indian passport, as such, there is no meaning for the petitioner seeking the respondent/ plaintiff to produce the Indian Passport. Thereby, against that finding, for this Court while sitting in revision, there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order. 4) Accordingly and in the result, the revision is dismissed. No order as to costs.

5) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
