ORDER

This revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the order dated 20.03.2013 passed in I.A.No.58 of 2013 in I.A.No.499 of 2009 in O.S.No.178 of 2009 by the Junior Civil Judge, Kodad.

The petitioner/plaintiff filed I.A.No.58 of 2013 under Section 151 of CPC to grant police aid. Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the matter was settled at Lok Adalat and main suit itself was disposed of on 03.03.2014. Therefore, no further orders need be passed in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
