CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari calling for records in C.C.No.39 of 2015 of the 2nd respondent and quash the entire proceedings including the Order dated 21.04.2018 as being illegal, wholly without jurisdiction and passed in violation of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and vitiated by errors apparent on the face of record and violative of principles of natural justice and Articles 14, 19 (g) and 300 A of the Constitution of India" 2.

After arguing the case, Mr.M.R.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the case, with liberty to his clients to avail the remedy of statutory appeal before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 stands dismissed as infructuous.
