CONTEMPT CASE NO.1927 OF 2013 O R D E R:

The State Government, along with the counter affidavit, have enclosed a copy of the Government Memorandum dated 28-04-2015, which was communicated by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, on 08-06-2015 rejecting the claim of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the copy of the said order has not been served on the petitioner and only from the annexure to the counter affidavit filed in this contempt case, the petitioner has been made aware of the rejection of his case. Therefore, this contempt case is dismissed preserving the liberty to the petitioner to take recourse in accordance with law against the said orders of rejection.
