HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.27719 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not receiving the annual lease amount to be paid by the petitioner towards the land taken on lease, which belongs to the fourth respondent-temple but initiating steps to conduct a new auction, as illegal and unconstitutional.

As seen from the auction notice, lease hold rights of the subject land were said to be auctioned for the years 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15. As the said period has already expired, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for any further adjudication.

The writ petition is closed accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
