ORDER:

This company petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent company for non-payment of the debts allegedly due to the petitioner.

At the hearing, Mr.C.Sudesh Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner, placed before the Court, memo, dated 04.07.2015, along with terms of settlement and requested for receiving the said documents on record and closing the company petition. Accordingly, memo, dated 04.07.2015, along with settlement terms is placed on record. Registry is directed to assign USR number to the said memo.

The Company Petition is accordingly closed as settled out of Court.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Company Petition, Comp.A.No.352 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
