HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.32749 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not taking any action against respondents 5 to 7 pursuant to the complaint dated 26-08-2018 as being illegal, arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions. Learned Asst.

Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that the respondent-Police have acted upon the complaint of the petitioner and after conducting preliminary enquiry a case in Cr.No.152 of 2018 is registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324 r/w.34 IPC against the respondents 5 to 7 and investigation is in progress. Recording the said submission made by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home and inasmuch as crime has been registered based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
