THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11173 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by one Ch. Vishnu Murthy who is the husband of the petitioner by name Somanchi Sridevi to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.526 of 2015 on the file of Women Police Station, D.D, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A of IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2 At the time of arguments, the said Vishnu Murthy who is the husband of the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Petition, with a liberty to file a similar type of petition by the petitioner by name Smt. Somanchi Sridevi.

3 Permission is accorded.

4. In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed, granting the liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
