I.A.No.1 of 2025 This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of condition No.(iii) of the order dated 19.11.2025 in Crl.P.No.14717 of 2025.

Heard both sides.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as directed by this Court the petitioners have surrendered before the Station House Officer, Gowraram Police Station on 02.12.2025 and all the other conditions are complied. The petitioners have submitted the documents as required by the police and cooperating with the investigation. The petitioners are residents of Tamilnadu State. The petitioners being Directors of the Company is causing grave hardship in appearing before the investigating officer on every Monday. He further submitted that the petitioners herein are not arrayed as accused in the FIR, the main allegations are against the company and not against the petitioners. Hence, requested this Court to relax the said condition.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the

petitioners are not cooperating with the investigation and prayed to dismiss this petition.

Having regard to the submissions made and the averments of petition, the condition of petitioners to appear before the concerned investigating officer on every Monday between 09.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required is relaxed and petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned investigating officer on 1st and 15th of every month for a period of eight weeks from the date of their surrender or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier and thereafter as and when required.
