THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.27668 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner's grievance is that in spite of a complaint dt.29.07.2016 lodged by petitioner against persons mentioned in the said complaint, no action has been taken by respondents. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), appearing for respondents, states that Crime No.207 of 2016 has been registered on 27.08.2016 on the file of 4th respondent. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to cause an investigation into the allegations made in the complaint dt.29.07.2016 of the petitioner, and file appropriate final report before the competent Court. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
