This Contempt Case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 14.03.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16134 of 2005.

Ms. Naseeb Afshan, learned counsel for the petitioner, now states that the said order has been complied with in true letter and spirit. Though there is some amount of delay in the compliance, as the matter required a notification being published in the Official Gazette, this Court is not inclined to take serious view for the delay.
