No representation for the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Deverkonda, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.316 of 2009 and even trial was held resulting in acquittal, by the judgment dated 08.01.2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
