19.12.2025 I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax one of the condition in order dated 02.12.2025 in Crl.P.No.14707 of 2025 by reducing the sureties amount from Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties to Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties in Crime No.32 of 2025 of Prohibition and Excise Dhoolpet, Hyderabad, registered a case for the offence under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (C) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in jail and he is out of earnings, as such, the petitioner cannot afford excessive surety amount, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.14707 of 2025 dated 02.12.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
