HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32752 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents, in not considering the representation dated 20.11.2017, of the petitioners for mutating their names in the revenue records in respect of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.35 gts, situated at Sy.No.37/A of Mohabat Nagar Village, Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners submitted the application on 20.11.2017 to the respondents seeking to record their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, no action has been taken so far. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that the application made by the petitioners is not in the prescribed format and that there are civil cases pending in respect of the subject land.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a fresh application through online enclosing all the relevant documents in respect of the subject land, in which event, the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from the date of submission of fresh application, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
